Due to thermal expansion mismatch between body and glaze. After the glaze solidifies, it shrinks more than the body and to relieve the tension being stretched, it shows these crackles.
- Also you may hear some ticking sound before or after using our products. Why it happens? it's just a thermal shock caused by sudden shifts in temperature, as in the firing stage the temperature should be 1000-1100 degree celsius, it'll stop doing this after 2-3 times of using it.
